Standard Delivery Information
Delivery is charged at £4.95 to UK Mainland (except for Extended Areas - see below) and is sent via either 1st Class Royal Mail or by next day delivery with Interlink couriers. The method of delivery depends on the size and weight of your parcel.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. If you order net curtains which require alterations we aim to dispatch these within 3 working days. Unfortunately there are occasions that high demand for our products may mean that we become temporarily out of stock, in such cases we order from our supplier immediately. This can however mean that the dispatch of your order may be delayed. If this happens we endeavour to contact you immediately with the necessary information.
A postage surcharge will be incurred if your order includes a long item i.e. a blind. A surcharge of £3 will be added to items up to and including 120cm making the postage £7.95. Orders including items over 120cm will have a surcharge of £5 added making the postage £9.95. Orders are subject to one surcharge, in cases where there are two lengths ordered the surcharge incurred will be for the longest item. These rates apply to UK Mainland.
For delivery to Extended Areas on UK Mainland there may be a surcharge depending on the size and weight of the order. Where this is required we will contact you with the necessary information. For delivery outside of UK Mainland the delivery charge will depend on the size and weight of the parcel, please contact us on 01482 215399 (or from outside the UK on 0044 1482 215399) or email us at sales@tonystextiles.co.uk to get your delivery quote.
In normal circumstances within UK Mainland we aim for your order to reach you in around 3-5 working days, 10 working days for delivery in Europe and 15 working days for delivery in the rest of the world calculated from that date we receive payment and assuming that the products you have ordered are available in our warehouse to dispatch to you. These time periods however are estimates only and deliveries beyond this date will not be grounds to cancel your order unless we fail to deliver the products to you within a reasonable time or as a consumer you exercise your right to cancel in accordance with condition 5 in terms and conditions.
