Our Returns Policy
Please read the following carefully...
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it in its original condition and with original packaging within 7 days of you receiving your order.
We are unable to accept curtains back if the strings have been pulled in any way or if they have been hung. If goods are damaged then please email or phone us and we will endeavour to sort the problem out for you.
Please email sales@tonystextiles.co.uk with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return. We aim to contact you within 24 hours of us receiving your email (there may be a slight delay in the reply if we receive your email over the weekend).
When returning the item(s) can you please include your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for return.
Once we have received your return we will either issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) or in the case of damaged goods offer a replacement or repair. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used within 30 days of us receiving your return.
