Natural fibres are best for summer, as they are the most breathable. 100% cotton, jersey and terry sheets are good choices as they allow air to circulate and will draw moisture away from your skin.

Winter

For a warm, cosy night’s sleeps there’s nothing better than flannelette sheets. Whilst they are thick, they are also very lightweight and their soft pile keeps the warmth in well. They cope well with tumble drying too, so are perfect for times when you can’t hang your sheets on the line to dry.
